The 300 hrs Yoga Teacher Training course (300 HRS YTT) is a more advanced level of your training in the field of yoga as a guru or a master. You are eligible for this course only after you have completed your 200 hrs yttc. This course takes you to a more complex level of studies and does a much more rigorous practice of the asanas and kriyas e.g. you do a primary series of asanas in 200 and 200 hrs TTC, here you do intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga and the other asanas. The duration of this course is 28 days.

The 300 hrs TTC needs a wholehearted dedication from the yogis as the asanas become much harder at this level requiring 7-8 hrs of studies which is much more internalised and deep. This training becomes very challenging for yogis and hence brings the best out of them.

Eligibility criteria

300 and 200 hour teacher training course does not require any prior knowledge anyone can enrol themselves in this course. However, 300 and 500 hour require the experience and knowledge which is gained through 200 hour TTC.

Students should be proficient in English or Hindi as communication should not be a barrier in our teachings.

Anyone above 18 years of age can apply for the course as long as they are fit and healthy.

Yoga Certification

Robert Urich said, “A healthy outside starts from the inside,” so good food is a must for all, especially for a yogi. We are as simple as the food we eat, and nothing is as pious as a yogi’s life. We provide three meals a day plus tea and snacks in the evening. A nutritious diet is prepared keeping in mind your health as well as taste. We focus on making the food both delicious and healthy at the same time. During your yoga teacher training program you would need all the strength you can get and eating healthy is of utmost importance. A satvik diet includes light and nourishing food, it increases your energy levels, which consequentiality makes you calm and gives you mental clarity. Satvik food also has detoxing qualities, it acts as a filter for our body removing all the unwanted materials strengthening our immune system.Satvik diet is another jewel given to mankind by our rich Indian heritage of Ayurveda. It encompasses the ideals of ahimsa or non-violence and simple living, diet is essentially vegetarian prepared using organic plant-based and dairy produce and it strictly prohibits the use of meat.   • -In this section of anatomy of yoga, we will be going more in depth in our understanding of the foundations, biomechanics of movement, and muscles most affected in specific yoga postures.
  • In this manual, we will focus on the general anatomy for each starting point, and then examine postures from each of those foundational points that, grouping them by the final position of the spine in that posture (neutral, flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation). We focus on the muscles most affected and how to properly move into postures based on their foundational starting point. We will examine the general anatomical consideration of each posture and how to use that knowledge to deepen the posture and avoid injury.

  • One of the most important elements of meditation is focusing on your practice. It will help you free your mind from distractions that might disrupt your meditation. Try focusing your attention on a specific object,like a candle flame, an image, a mantra, or your breathing.

  • The word pranayama comes from two separate words: prana and ayama. Prana translates to breath, while ayama has many different meanings including expansion, length, and rising.
  • In yogic beliefs, it is thought that you can control your inner force, also known as prana, through a pranayama practice. In yoga, prana also represents the physical forces of light, heat, magnetism, and energy. These meanings center on the ability that a pranayama practice has to develop breath control and improve mental well-being. A strong pranayama breath is also believed to help detoxify your body
